Williamson County ESD #2 and the Sam Bass Fire Dept. has adopted a set of Fire Prevention Codes the International Fire Code 2018.

As allowed by Chapter 775.036 of the Texas Health and Safety code, effective January 1, 2018. Williamson County Emergency Services District #2 adopted the 2018 edition of the International Fire Code. The 2018 International Fire Code will be enforced in all commercial and multi-family structures within the Williamson County Emergency Services District #2. The Sam Bass Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. has been granted full authority to enforce said codes within Williamson County Emergency Services District #2.

Sam Bass Fire will perform the requested inspection after the License Application has been submitted (see link below) and payment has been made.
